The CSAT Combat Sight, identified with Paul's firearms training operation, replaces the rear sight "L" shaped blade in any M16-type rear sight. Instead of having small and large apertures, the CSAT sight consists of a square notch for use close in and a peep when more precise surgical shots are required.rnI obtained one from Brownells, Inc. to see whether it would be useful when back up iron sights (BUIS) were needed, and especially with my near 60-year-old eyes, which cannot use the large diameter aperture of the standard Ml 6 sight. The CSAT sight leaf, like all XS Sight products, is well made and was easily installed in a LaRue BUIS.
