Implementing Collaborative Managed Inventory for Shelf Level Visibility Drives Value

Challenge: A major drug chain retailer needed to reduce inventory by over 30% without increasing out-of-stocks. The OTC supplier was interested in increasing visibility on downstream sales & inventory performance, while improving SLAs, and planning for future retailer integration needs. Solution: We implemented a Software as a Service solution that provided visibility to shelf and SKU level movement, while also connecting the supplier to over 12 retailers in less than 6 months.
