S&WE: Mr Xu, I've visited a great variety of solar thermal firms in China. Some of them have developed in very different ways, and some haven't changed at all. Why do you think this is?rnXu Xinjian: There are a number of reasons that can make a company develop well. It mainly depends on the personality of the head of the firm, his strategy, and his aims in life. I'd say I agree with the bosses of firms like Linuo and Himin, for example. We're very alike. We don't just want to earn money; we've created work for many people. Even more important, this is also our objective in life: we're working not just for ourselves but also for our children.
