In view of the weakness of its home market, the Spanish market leader is looking to do business overseas. New products are set to help Gamesa get going again.Over the years, Gamesa has produced thousands of wind turbines with a total ca-pacity of 18 GW. For a long time, the largest market was Spain. A few years ago, however, Gamesa started vigorously expanding its export activities and erected its own factories in North America, India and China.
