Production in all the important markets

Wind turbine production is expanding worldwide. Many new factories are springing up, especially in North America and Asia. Most of them specialize in rotor blade production and nacelle assembly.rnThe wind industry is still young. About 30 years ago, the first small factories were set up in Denmark. Soon after that, from about 1984 onwards, the first production sites in Germany followed. In the 80s, Denmark and Germany were at the hub of the wind power industry, which then spread further to Spain and in the following two decades to Asia and North America.
