A bill to install 10 million solar electric and 200,000 solar water heating systems (10 mil lion gallons capacity) throughout the USA within a 10 year period was introduced by US-Senator Bernie Sanders (Independent, Vermont), and Representative Steve Cohen (Democrat, Tennessee) simultaneously to the Senate and the House of Representatives at the beginning of February.
