Recently, the demand for more accurate plastic lenses has been intensifying. In line with this, the demand for more accurate mold clamping units for injection molding machines has also been increasing in order to "stably mold highly accurate products at a low defective fraction." Molding consists of various processes including mold opening/closing, filling and cooling, and it is considered that different types of defective molding may occur in different processes. In other words, we cannot increase the accuracy of mold clamping units unless we know the mold clamping behavior during molding. This paper introduces the measuring technology for determining the mold clamping behavior, and describes the requirements for a high-accuracy mold clamping unit identified from measurement data, and ML200, which adopts a non-contact center press mold clamping unit that meets these requirements.%近年,プラスチックレンズ高精度化の要求が高まってrnおり,これに伴って「高精度な製品を低不良率で安定しrnて成形する」べく,射出成形機の型締装置に対して高精rn度化を求める声が大きくなっている。成形は型開閉・充rn填・冷却などさまざまなエ程から成り,それぞれのエ程rnで異なる成形不良が起こると考えられる。すなわち,成rn形中の型締挙動を把握しないことには,型締装置の高精rn度化は進められない。rn本報では,型締挙動の把握の計測技術の紹介と,実測rnデータから導かれる高精度型締装置の必要条件,およびrnそれら条件を満たした非接触式直圧型締機構を採用したrnML200について述べる。
