クーラントタンクの濃度管理と浮上油回収の容易化に関する考察

In the manufacturing industry in recent years, coolant tanks, which are different from centralized underground tanks, have recently become mainstream and their numbers have increased. This has led to inconsistency in coolant density among coolant tanks. Therefore, I measured each coolant density and performed addition of coolant for density of quantity adjustment appropriate to each and came to use many working hours and coolant in recent years. In addition, collection of the floating oil of coolant tanks, which causes contamination and foul odor of the coolant, involves large costs. Therefore I considered a method to collect the floating oil of the courant tank using the specific gravity separation device which collected the floating oil of the courant tank using a method to make the density management of the courant tank easy by management to connect plural courant tanks using the device of the siphon which I applied the principle of a hose or the siphon to and the specific gravity difference in the object easily in this study.%近年の製造業では，クーラントタンクが地下集中型から個別型が主流になったことで，クーラントタンクの数が増加している。それに伴い，クーラントタンク間のクーラント濃度のバラツキが発生するようになった。そのため，近年では個々のクーラント濃度を測定し，それぞれに合った濃度調整用のクーラントの継ぎ足しする必要があり，多くの作業時間を要するようになった。また，クーラントの腐敗と悪臭を引き起こす浮上油を回収するために，多額のコストも要するようになった。そこで，本研究ではホースまたはサイフォンの原理を応用したサイフォンの装置を用いて，複数のクーラントタンク同士を連結する一括管理により，クーラントタンクの濃度管理を容易化する方法と．物体にある比重差を利用してクーラントタンクの浮上油を回収する浮沈分離装置を用いてクーラントタンクの浮上油を容易に回収する方法について考察した。
