フイールドバス通信対応型自動調節弁の固着検出: 判別分析モデルの利用

Alarge number of control loops are installed in a chemical plant in order to maintain the high efficient and stable operation. Then, it is well known that stable operation is often disturbed by the stiction of a control valve which is used very well as an actuator. In the previous paper, we proposed detection method for the stiction of a pneumatic control valve in consideration that it is possible to get the internal information of a control valve by using a Fieldbus instrumentation which has been widely implemented in these recent days. This detection method needs such operational data that control valve is moved by its control action. Therefore, even though a lot of such operational data that valve position is kept to be constant are obtained in a continuous plant based on steady operation, those data are not used for the detection of valve stiction. In this study, we propose the new method based on the discriminant analysis as a detection method for the stiction of a control valve. This proposed method uses all of the operational data regardless of state of control valve and its effectiveness is demonstrated by the same experimental data as the previous paper.%化学プラントの高効率かつ安定な操業を維持するために数多くの制御系が用いられている。しかし，制御系の操作端としてよく用いられている調節弁の固着が原因で安定な運転が阻害されることが知られている。前報では,近年普及しつつあるフィールドバスにより制御系の内部情報を得ることができることに着目して，因子分析モデルを利用した固着検出法を提案した。本検出法では調節弁が動いている時の測定データしか利用しない。そのため，定常運転を基本とする連続プラントでは弁開度が一定な状態の運転データが大量に得られるにもかかわらず，そのような運転データを全く利用できなかった。そこで本研究では，調節弁の状態にかかわらず全ての運転データを利用する固着検出法として判別分析モデルに基づく方法を提案し，前報の実験データに適用してその有用性を示した。
