Runyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge is another long-span bridge after Jiangyin Yangtze River Highway Bridge and Xiling Yangtze River Highway Bridge. Valuable experience was obtained in the fields of critical construction techniques for deep foundations, durability of the structure, steel bridge deck pavements, stability of the wind-resistant structure, cable erection on long-span bridges and construction management, which will surely bring the Chinese construction of long-span bridges to a new level.
