Peter Kelly is Head of the Financial Inclusion Team at Barclays. The Financial Inclusion Team was established in 2000 as part of Consumer and Community Affairs. The team was set up to lead on the bank's financial inclusion agenda and to find innovative and sustainable ways to ensure that people are given opportunities to benefit from financial services.
