New life is breathed into the old dry dock

Last autumn, Queen Margrethe Ⅱofficially inaugurated the Maritime Museum of Denmark. Located North of Copenhagen, the museum sits directly next to the Kronborg Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site best known for the setting of Shakespeare's Hamlet. The museum's spectacular architectural design, coupled with the subterranean positioning between the walls of a historical dry dock, allows for a unique visitor experience - both inside and out.
