Former NASA Worker Pinched For Export Control Violation

A longtime employee of NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland has been charged with illegally ship-ping infrared military technology to South Korea, the U.S. Justice Depart-ment announced Jan. 10.Kue Sang Chun, 66, of Avon Lake, Ohio, was charged with one count of exporting defense articles on the U.S. Munitions List without first obtaining export licenses or written authorization from the U.S. State Department. He also was charged with one count of submitting a falsified U.S. individual tax return.
