PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of export control by using accumulated applied or not-applied determination information.;SOLUTION: An export management system is provided with; an applied or not-applied determination information DB which associates article identification information and applied or not-applied determination information which indicates whether the article etc. the export restricted articles or not and store them; an export application screen display section which displays an export application screen on a terminal; a degree of similarity calculation section which calculates the degree of similarity between the article identification information of a first inputted by an export applicant with each of a plurality of pieces of article identification information in the applied or not-applied determined information DB; a similar article identification information selection section which chooses two or more pieces of similar to the first article identification information among a plurality of pieces of article identification information; an export object article identification information selection section which makes the export applicant choose the first similar article identification information as the export object article identification information; a applied or not-applied determination information extraction section which extracts the applied or not-applied determination information made to correspond to the of export object article identification information from the applied or not-applied determination information DB; and a applied or not-applied determination information display section which displays applied or not-applied determination information on the export application screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
