The BIS Sino-Russian Technical Forum A Brief History (updated through 2018)

In 2016 Space Chronicle published a brief history of the Society's long-established Technical Forum covering the period from its inception in the late 1970s through to its 35th annual programme [1]. This paper updates that story following the three recent forums held during the 2016-2018 period, during which 38 authors presented 47 papers to members of the Society. Following on from the success of the 2015 Forum, the programme continued as a two-day event that highlights its growing popularity.
