The sister of a soldier killed in Afghanistan says a new monument will allow the memory of all British troops to be honoured, regardless of achievement or rank. One hundred years after Fabian Ware's dedicated fight to create classless military cemeteries, The Royal British Legion has unveiled the Never Forget memorial, which will serve as a year-round focal point for remembrance. At the centre of the installation at the National Memorial Arboretum (pictured below) is a striking wreath surrounded by everlasting poppies inscribed with the names of various fallen Service personnel.
