Ozone Ambient Air-Quality Standard Under Review

While the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Clean Power Plan, which should require greenhouse gas emission reductions from existing fossil fuel power plants, maintains center stage, other battles over public health protection provisions rage. These other provisions are just as important as the Clean Power Plan to obtaining a level economic playing field for renewable energy and energy efficiency.
