More funds for Rooibos Council

Wider funding to explore the chemistry, composition and flavour profile of rooibos herbal tea is available to researchers this year from the South African Rooibos Coun cil. Health issues and the advancement of organic and environmental rooibos farming are also prime targets. Rooibos tea is grow ing steadily in popularity as an ice tea variant in addition to being served as a hot bever age.
