I reviewed the first four books in this series by Christopher Vine in the November/December 2011 'Journal'. They have proved so popular that the author has quickly followed up with four new titles. The Little Peter's Railway book is aimed at children aged 3-6 years whilst the other three are aimed at children 6-12 years. A tremendous amount of thought and effort has gone into the compilation of these books to encourage young people to take an interest in railways whether it be models, miniature railway construction or the real thing and there is much to amuse adults as they read the stories to their children.
