Of course there are many films, photographs and accounts that recorded the special trains that ran over the Somerset & Dorset line (S&D) on the last day of operation, Sunday March 6, 1966. However, there are some workings that day which did not appear to have generated the same public interest, and it is extremely difficult to find out information about them.
