The Dayton-Wright Chapter's Young AFCEANs took advantage of the chapter's annual TechNet-Aero Conference to launch a new Power Breakfast men-torship program. At the event, Col. Amanda Gladney, USAF, commander, 88th Air Base Wing, gave a presentation to attendees regarding leadership and life lessons learned from her successful Air Force career spanning more than 20 years.
