Underwater Mine Hunter

摘要

The Knifefish unmanned undersea vehicle (UUV), a component of the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), recently completed its critical design review and is scheduled for an initial operational capability in 2017. The system is described as the first heavyweight-class mainstream mine countermeasure UUV that will reliably detect and classify mines resting on the sea floor or buried in high-clutter environments.
