AFCEA Grants Fellowships to Top Scholars

This year the AFCEA Educational Foundation awarded three fellowships totaling $50,000 to recognize scholastic excellence and to promote higher education in the field of communications, intelligence and information management systems. Theodore L. Willke II of the University of Wisconsin at Madison, received the $25,000 fellowship sponsored by MILCOM, the annual Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)/AFCEA conference on military communications. Runners up Sanjay Raman of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and Douglas A. Chrissan of Stanford University received $ 12,500 fellowships.
