The talents of the late Craig Roeder are on display each night in Tampa's University Mall. Malls have come a long way since the 1960s, when their chief attraction was the fact that multiple stores were linked together. Since then, they've added small amenities followed by larger ones, so that today they are as much entertainment centers as retail centers.
