To this end, the space system for viewing the celestial sphere for observing celestial objects and detecting celestial bodies - asteroids and comets - that are hazardous for the Earth, includes a ground information control centre and two space systems. The ground information control centre of the system controls all space system equipment, facilitates scanning of the cosmic space simultaneously using two space systems ad processes the incoming information. The first space system with spacecraft, placed on a geostationary or close-to-geostationary orbit, regularly scans the entire celestial sphere, except the circum-solar region which is impossible to view due to the exposure of observation apparatus to the Sun. The second space system with spacecraft, placed on the Earth's orbit at a distance of 40 million kilometers to 80 million kilometers, regularly laterally scans the space between the Sun and the Earth which cannot be observed from the Earth. This space is a cone, the vertex of which lies at the centre of the Earth, with an axis directed towards the centre of the Sun, and a vertex angle equal to the Sun's exposure angle of the observation equipment of the spacecraft of the first space system. The view of this cone is bounded by the Sun's exposure angle of the observation equipment of the spacecraft of the second system.
