The new isle of Man shipping company Seven Mile Shipping has taken delivery of its first ship, Caly Manx, a Supramax bulk carrier built by China's Tsuneishi Zhoushan Shipbuilding. Measuring 199.99m by 32.26m, and sailing on a draught of 12.82m, she is powered by a man B&w 6S50MC-C diesel rated at ll,420bhp and providing a service speed of 15.4 knots.rnCaly Manx will be the first in a series of three Tes' s 58 standard design vessels being built for Seven Mile, with the second and thirdrnships, Star Manx and Geraldine Manx, to be delivered before the end of This month.
