Nomadic needs your help The ocean liner tender Nomadic, built in Belfast in 1911 for the White Star Line, is currently undergoing restoration at the place of her birth. She has an unusual history, beginning her tendering duties in Cherbourg on 3 June 1911. On 10 April 1912 she took 274 passengers to meet Titanic. At the outbreak of World War I she was requisitioned by the French government and returned to tendering duties at Cherbourg after the war, but was sold in 1934 and renamed ingenieur Minard.
