The regular vessel which operates Streamline's service from Aberdeen to Lerwick and Kirkwall is the Cyprus-flagged 4,155dwt Daroja (1997/3,266gt). However, in June she had to go to Bremerhaven for dry docking and, while she was away from the route, Streamline brought in the 3,931dwt Veritas H (Antigua and Barbuda flag) to deputise. Veritas H was built in Germany in 1995 and is owned by Hinsch Reederei of Buxtehude, Germany. On some voyages on this service, the route vessel also calls at Peterhead as cargo dictates and this was the case when Veritas H sailed from Aberdeen on 20 June, before she continued her voyage to Lerwick and Kirkwall. Streamline specialises in shipping freight of all types to the Northern Isles from Scotland.
