Jumbo's second K3000

Dutch shipowner Jumbo has taken delivery of its second K3000 class heavylift ship, the 14,000dwt Fairmaster (16,200gt, from Croatia's Brodosplit Shipyard. Like her sistership, the earlier delivered Jumbo Kinetic, the 152.6m by 27.4m vessel has been equipped with two cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 1,500 tons, which can be operated in unison for a maximum lift of up to 3,000 tons. A service speed of 17 knots is supplied by two MaK 9M32C main engines, each generating 4,500kW at 750rpm.
