First LNG ferry debuts

On 7 November 2014 the Uruguayan-flagged ferry Francisco, powered by LNG, started commercial service, making the 1600 departure from Buenos Aires to Montevideo and becoming the world's first dual-fuelled high-speed ro-ro ferry to operate with liquefied natural gas (LNG) as the primary fuel.
