The General Dynamics NASSCO yard at San Diego has delivered the 50,000dwt Bay State as the fourth vessel in a series of five ECO Class product tankers it is building for American Petroleum Tankers (APT). Like her sisters, the 330,000 bbl capacity vessel is LNC conversion ready and has been completed to a design furnished by South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding.
