Eniram Closes €5m Investment Round

Finnish-based Eniram Ltd announced at the end of January that it had closed its Series B venture funding round. The investment, which totalled €5m ($6.5m) will enable Eniram to expand its global sales, distribution and support operations as demand increased for its flagship product, Dynamic Trimming Assistant (DTA). The DTA helps vessel officers optimize trim at all times, minimising water resistance, decreasing fuel consumption, and reducing emissions. The system continuously collects and displays real-time data of the vessel attitude, allowing timely action in changing circumstances. The investment round, which was led by venture capital investors, Ferd Venture included Conor Venture Partners and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd.
