Ulstein Group, the well known designer and builder of offshore support vessels based in Norway, is to begin building vessels in China and has unveiled new additions to its 'A' series anchor handlers, and 'P' series platform supply vessels (PSVs) that are tailored to the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in 2003, Ulstein announced that it had reached an agreement with Jiangsu Yangzijian shipyard in the city of Jiangsu, which is some 150km north-west of Shanghai, to market and build offshore support vessels specifically for the Asia Pacific market.
