Ukho Signs Bilateral Agreement With Msa China

The United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) has signed a bilateral agreement with the Maritime Safety Administration of China for the distribution of Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) cells. The agreement refers to an arrangement made between UKHO and MSA China for the distribution of 257 ENC, or digital vector chart, cells of Chinese home waters through the UKHO Admiralty Vector Chart Service (AVCS).
