Alnmaritec delivers to West Africa

Boatbuilder Alnmaritec has delivered a 12m loa line handling boat to assist an FSPO situated in a production field off the coast of Ghana. The vessel is reported to be third in class in Alnmaritec's Wave Handler family, built to Wave Handler 1200 specifications, and features a combined installed power rating of just over 735kW. The aft deck is equipped with a 2tonne hydraulic capstan and a 5tonne tow post, the latter featuring a quick release hook, and a bow landing platform enables personnel transfer. North American Marine Jets supplied the boat's pair of waterjets.
