Common elements to all or some of the offences against road safety

摘要

In the work we realice the analysis of several common elements to all or to some of the crimes against the security vial. Firstly the article studies the juridical good protected categorial of these crimes, with the matizaciones pertinent in relation with each one of the infracciones. Then we examine the meaning of the driving, of vehicle of engine and treats the debated question of the place of realization of the behaviours: the public road. Finally, loans attention to the problem of the compatibility of the penal punishment and the administrative punishment by a same fact, to the lamp of the jusprudencia of the Constitucional Court
