I need to clarify an important detail [in the interview, "Detect, Identify, Neutralize," Seapower June 2015] regarding the Expeditionary MCM [mine countermeasures] Company (ExMCM Co) construct that I believe is important for your readers to understand. At the end of the article [page 41], I stated, "... the [Explosive Ordnance Disposal] EOD expeditionary companies with their underwater MCM capabilities." While it is true the ExMCM Co includes EOD MCM units with their underwater MCM tools, I was not clear in describing the total ExMCM Co make up.
