$5M Maritime Heritage Grant Funding Approved by Congress!

On 20 December, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which allocates national defense funding for fiscal year 2020, was signed into law. We were pleased to see that a provision that authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide up to $5 million for the National Maritime Heritage Grant Program was included in the bill and was subsequently approved by the US House of Representatives and Senate.
