Tiny: A Story About Living Small

It's a movement. Across the United States, people are building small houses-dwellings of 200 square feet or less-for themselves and their families. Tiny chronicles the adventures of one such person. At age 30, Christopher Smith decided to build a small cabin in the mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado. Lacking any construction experience, he found instructions through blogs, YouTube videos, and trips to the hardware store. Despite intermittently running out of money, he and his partner Merete Mueller completed a 130-square-foot abode from scratch in two years for $25,000.
