PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safe going in and out between living rooms and parking rooms in a high-rise building. ;SOLUTION: This elevator type mechanical multistory parking device 1 is attached to a high-rise building 2, a passage 5 for transfer is provided between the living rooms 4 and parking rooms 3 in the high-rise building 2, and an openable shaft side door 16 is provided between the shaft 10 of the elevator 8 and each parking room 3.
