PharmaDesign, Inc. is Japan's first genomic drug discovery venture enterprise. Its core technologies consist of bioinformatics technology to estimate the gene functions and the three-dimensional structures of proteins, and drug design technology that is based on utilizing information relating to the three-dimensional interaction modes between protein and ligands, and the simulation of protein molecules and complex molecules.
