Announcement

With profound sadness, we announce that Susan Leigh Star passed away on March 24, 2010. She was central to our field, most recently as President of the Society for Social Studies of Science, coeditor-in-chief of Science, Technology, & Human Values, and Doreen E. Boyce Chair in Library and Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh. An obituary will appear in the next issue and a memorial issue in her honor is being planned.
