The sponsor terminal transmits itself announcement to the announcement offer server, requests the transmission of that announcement. As for the announcement offer server, the user sells itself announcement indicatory scene to the advertiser, namely, the place where the user collects the sponsor of itself indicatory territory is offered. When negotiation is formed with the user and the sponsor, the announcement offer server, through Internet, transmits announcement to the user terminal. As for the user terminal, when indicatory timing of announcement is notified from application, the announcement which is matched to that scene is indicated.
