摘要

Three simple spectrophtometric methods (Method A, Method B and Method C) have been developed for the determination of Trandolapril (TRA), Aripiprazole (ARI) and Nebivolol (NEB) in bulk and pharmaceutical formulations. These methods are based on the formation of ion association complexes involving tertiary Nitrogen of TRA or ARI or secondary nitrogen of NEB and dye [Alizarin Red -S (ARS) λ max 420 nm, Method A for ARI and NEB, Bromocresol purple (BCP) λ max 420 nm, Method B for TRA and ARI, Bromocresol green (BCG) max 420 nm, Method C for TRA and NEB]. Beer's law limits, precision and accuracy of these methods are checked. The results obtained are reproducible and are statistically validated and so found to be suitable for the assay of TRA, ARI and NEB in bulk and pharmaceutical formulations.
