摘要

Conventional Darlington pair is an authentic circuit for several applications to fulfil the need of small voltage signal amplification. First time we have proposed a modification in CC/CE Darlington pair amplifier by replacing one BJT of the pair by FET with inclusion of a biasing resistance R_P. We observed that the modifiedrnamplifier circuit produces extremely wide bandwidth with consistent voltage gains. The circuit may be very useful for amplification of small signals in wide frequency bands and beneficial for various analog communication applications.
