摘要

The PANI-PVDF polymer composite with low density has been successfully fabricated in large-scale by a simple hot-molding technique. Several characterizations such as SEM, FESEM, FT-IR and EDS have been employed to confirm the morphology, component and dispersion. The enhanced microwave absorption property was investigated, the result indicated that the PANI-PVDF polymer composite showed the most excellent wave absorption performance with the filler loading of 20 wt%. The minimum reflection loss value can reach -24.4 dB at 12.16 GHz in the thickness of 2 mm, and the effective frequency bandwidth (RL -10 dB) covers from 10.16 to 14.24 GHz. Moreover, the possible microwave absorption mechanism has been also discussed in detail.
