The three Japanese Kanji characters of the company name say it all: Dai means "large," Shin means "growth," and Sha stands for "company." The midsize provider of marketing and consulting services, headquartered in Osaka, chose this name to signify its commitment to innovation and growth. Founded by Tatsusuke Uehira as a small print shop in 1952, the company now employs 263 people. In the services sector in which it operates, knowing the customers well is essential to remaining competitive. This is why Daishinsha decided to implement a customer relationship management (CRM) solution. "Our aim was to establish a CRM system for our top management, where they can maintain all information relating to important customers," explains Toyohisa Uehira, the company's executive vice president.
