This edition of the SAM Advanced Management Journal features a variety of articles for our readers focused on supply chain management, burnout studies, leader-member-exchange, nursing, and ethics. In our first article Agarwal and Giraud-Carrier discuss the increased pressure to look into Green Supply Chain Management by organizations. In a survey of Midwestern manufacturers, the study looks into the adoption of Green Supply Chain Management, the authors found that collaboration with suppliers is key in creating options for adoption.
