As the national sales manager of Hazel Inc., a division of ATAPCO Office Products, he took 15 people on an Outward Bound adventure through forests and mountains in Colorado. "Salespeople have a tendency to do the same thing over and over," says Blake. "I was trying to get them out of their comfortable environment, so they could learn to make a decision on their own."
