PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commodity sales system, capable of providing a gift certificate for a commodity group corresponding to a purpose of a gift sender.;SOLUTION: The electronic commodity sales system connected to a plurality of terminal devices through a communication line and capable of issuing a gift certificate and performing commodity sales using the gift certificate includes: a conditional expression generation part for generating a conditional expression indicating a condition of commodities allowed to be purchased by the gift certificate by using classification information of the commodities as a conditional variable in accordance with a request of the terminal device; a gift certificate issuing part for issuing a gift certificate in which information indicating the conditional expression generated by the conditional expression generation part is set; a commodity memory for storing the identification information of each commodity and classification information of the commodity by associating them with each other; and a purchasable commodity presentation part for displaying commodities indicated by commodity identification information stored in the commodity memory by being associated with the classification information which is indicated by information received from the terminal device and satisfies the conditional expression set in the gift certificate as commodities allowed to be purchased by the gift certificate indicated by the received information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
